I want to start off by saying I’ve been a patient for a long time, I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my eyes, but I need your help, I know that Eyetique is not Everett and Hurite, but it is your Warrendale office and what happens there reflects on you. several emails to Eyetique went 7nanswered. Their phone system has been down for approximately six weeks. There’s no way to contact them, except to stop in. I tried to call before I stopped in on Friday to pick up my glasses after I attempted to call to see if there was a time that she would be out to lunch. The person answered from the call center and didn’t know if the person at Eyetique would be there or what time she takes her lunch. When I stopped, she was not there. I later learned after she called me from her personal cell, she was at the post office mailing a little girls glasses to her so she didn’t have to wait any longer. It is really frustrating when you call the number of the office and you get a call center they couldn’t answer my questions and couldn’t transfer me to my local office. In this age of technology, what is wrong that they can’t figure out the phone system in six weeks. Where I work, my boss is working from home, and all of the calls are transferred to his cell phone. I’m sure that they could get a burner cell phone for the office and have this set up. I am waiting for a callback from the district manager, to see if he can help me. I just think you should be aware of what’s going on. I’ve always gotten my glasses there, because if there was a problem with the glasses, the doctor was there to check them to see if they had them made right. The girl that works there has been nothing but accommodating, she called me back on Friday from from her personal cell. She wanted to deliver my glasses to my house so I didn’t have to come back. She has gone above and beyond. I just think that Eyetique needs to step up and take care of their customers. I thought you should know this because not everyone knows that they are not Everett and Hurite, they are just associated with you because they’re in the office. Maybe if they were contacted from you guys, It would push them a little bit harder to get the phone system up and running. Today is Friday, still haven’t heard back from District Manager. Very poor customer service with this company. I will attempt to pick up my glasses again today. I tried calling the number provided, I didn’t even get an answer from the call center. I think you should really consider distancing your practice from this company. i will never again order from this company.
Dr. Yu is a skilled surgeon extremely helpful to me with a variety of my issues. Responds to my emails or phone questions quickly. So fortunate to have found a surgeon as knowledgeable, skillful, accommodating and concerned as Dr. Yu. She is amazing.
The office staff is always friendly, polite, and efficient. Dr. McGee is the best at his craft. He is straight forward with your needs, and discusses all treatments with you in a very relaxed way. Dr. McGee performed a corneal transplant on my right eye, with remarkable results. We are now moving toward the same for my left eye. I have extreme confidence in Dr. McGee's abilities. No other surgeon will ever touch my eyes. Thank you, Dr. McGee.

Dr. Hoover has proven to be very knowledgeable and consistent as a Medical Provider. Based on 3 office visits, the Front end staff were prompt and friendly. Also, Nurses, MA's or other Medical staff we had interaction with were always courteous and helpful in answering any questions before seeing Dr. Hoover. I would recommend THIS location and specific Doctor based upon my experiences. It does tend to get busy but it is to be expected with any Highly regarded Doctor.
Because Dr. Rosenberg is no longer at McMurray and Cranberry is most inconvenient to me, I elected to say in McMurray with Dr. Rath. Please do not hold this against me. Since Dr. Rosenberg specializes in hypertensive retinal disease and since I had a BVRO well documented by Dr. Rath, would someone kindly suggest the most retina friendly hypertensive? I had the BRVO about a month aftery trying Bystolic and the literature suggests arterial nicking and arterial expansion due to Nebivolol may play a role. So far, I have no answers from my GP or anyone. Please and thank you.
